IMPORTANT: Generation Attempts & Final Sales Policy

Credits represent generation attempts, not guaranteed outcomes. Our AI generation services are experimental by nature. Each credit expenditure initiates a single generation attempt that will produce a result, but the specific quality, accuracy, or aesthetic appeal of that result cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

All generated content sales are final. By using credits to initiate any generation (image, transformation, or video), you acknowledge and agree that:

Each generation attempt will produce an output — results vary and represent unique variants
Credits are consumed upon initiation of a generation, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the outcome
We do not offer exchanges, credits back, or do-overs for alternative outcomes, unexpected results, or outputs that do not meet your expectations
All AI generation features produce varied results; outcomes can differ significantly between attempts
Transformation features produce varied results; multiple attempts may be needed to achieve desired aesthetics

Technical Exceptions: If our system experiences a technical interruption before your generation begins processing (e.g., queue timeout), credits may be automatically returned. Once AI processing has begun and any output is produced, the transaction is complete.

Recommendation: We encourage users to start with smaller credit purchases to familiarize themselves with our AI models' behavior before making larger investments. Use free features (Speed mode image generation) to iterate on base images before spending credits.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
